Nas expliquait qu'il se devait de raconter la vérité sur ce qui se passe avec l'état actuel de certain thématique maquiller, le racisme envers les black d'Amérique... Nas à changer le titre de l'opus en l'intitulant Untitled (Sans Titre), Nas: Pas besoin de titre celui qui comprend mon album comprend le message que je fait passer donc il savent le nom de l'album.
